The hotel is nicely located in the vibrant center of Poblado, near 'la milla de oro' with Oviedo and Santa Fe malls within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and had a setting area for meetings, although the toilet cistern in the bedroom was not ready on arrival. The service, though kind and helpful, had some issues with price discrepancies that caused inconvenience. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional, with the coffee being below expectations. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided a well-needed establishment in a convenient location.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, close to both the lively restaurants in Parque Lleras and the convenience of Avenida El Poblado. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although a fan or air-con would have been a nice addition.
